All parking for overnight guests is in the rear parking lot. Each unit allows for one parking spot (one car)
If traveling with a trailer or another vehicle that requires extra parking please call us so we can try to accommodate your request.  There is an additional charge of $35.00 per night for trailer service.  Additional parking is not guarenteed.  Please note we do NOT have a mooring or boat access to the lake.

Deposit Policy

Reservations are HIGHLY recommended.  All reservations must be secured by a 50% deposit by credit or debit card.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Rates do not include the 8.5% NH Meals and Room Tax.  The 50% deposit will be held on your account when the room(s) are booked, the remaining balance will be charged seven to five business days prior to your arrival.

We have remote keyless entry on our rooms rear door (yellow) nearest the back parking lot.  A code will be emailed and/or texted to you before arrival. This code is auto generated with every reservation.

A minimum two night stay is required through the high traffic months and weekends.

CANCELATION POLICY

There will be a $50.00 cancellation processing fee for all cancellations within 7 days of the reservation.  A notice of cancellation must be received no less than 14 days prior to the reservation in order to avoid being charged in full. **CERTAIN EXCEPTIONS APPLY

**EXCECEPTIONS TO THE POLICY ABOVE :  ALL DEPOSITS made for the months of JULY and AUGUST, holiday weekends, NH Motorcycle Week and Wedding Weekends are NON-REFUNDABLE. ALL cancelled weekends for both July and August will be fully charged with NO exceptions. 

Motel Policies

Housekeeping Policy:

We belive in striving for sustainable practices when we can. Therefore, please help us to conserve energy and valuable resources by reusing your towels. We supply refillable shampoo, conditionar, bodywash and soap. We do not do daily housekeeping, but are happy to help in any way possible. If you have booked a stay for four or more days we will do a refresh half way through your stay. Please let us know when you need to dispose of your trash. We keep our garbage locked up and remove it frequently due to our wildlife friends.

For the comfort and convenience of all our guests:

We are a NON-SMOKING, NON-VAPING motel.  This policy is STRICTLY enforced.  There will be an additional $250 smoking violation applied to your bill if smoking/vaping occurs in the rooms and/or on the decks. This includes, but not limited to regular or electronic cigarettes, vaporizers, smoking pipes for any tobacco or any other non-tobacco product.  Smoking/Vaping is only allowed in specific outside designated areas. Please use the designated smoking/vaping sections on the lawn away from the building and other guests. Please extinguish in the marked canisters as to prevent any fires, which can be devastating. Smokey the Bear is watching. 

Please NO drone flying of any kind.

Guests WILL assume all responsibility for any damages incurred by them during their time on the property. At the discrestion of management, The Kelby Motel will charge your credit card for the cost to repair or replace any item(s) damaged  including furniture, fixtures, structural and other materials on the property of The Kelby Motel. 

Missing items- If any item(s) are to be found missing from a room upon the day of checkout, said property is owned by The Kelby Motel. That which is missing from the guest room(s), the party to whom the room(s) is rented will be charged to replace the item(s). 

The fee for unusual wear/tear and missing items may begin at $150.00.

Our room rates are based on double occupancy (2 people per room) with the exceptions of rooms 1 and 10, (4 people per room) There will be an additional charge of $25 per night per person for rooms exceeding this.

Please note:  Visitors are welcome between 10AM - 9PM. Outside of these hours our property is for the EXCLUSIVE use of our Registered Guests.  Please make other arrangements to see visitors off-site outside of our "visiting hours". 

Our quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am for the comfort of all of our guests. Thank you!

Beach Use

Please note our beach is for REGISTERED GUESTS only.  Please respect our beach rules and regulations: NO PETS, no glass, no fireworks.  There is not an on-duty lifeguard at the beach, swim at your own risk.  Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.  Please note that the beach must be accessed on foot. If you need help going to the beach, we are more than happy to make accommodations.  We share our beach with The Whip-O-Whil Condos so please respect other guests.  The beach closes at 9:00 p.m. and reopens at 8 a.m.

The Kelby Motel shared beach is located a short walk from the motel. Head down our driveway, turn left, walk about 200ft and turn right into the driveway. The beach is down the walkway. Our furniture is black and grey. Feel free to move it where it most suits you. Should you need a beach towel, we have a few to borrow, you may bring your own or perhaps purchase one in our fabulous shoppe.

Pet Policy

We are a pet free hotel to ensure the comfort of all of our guests, including those with allergies.  If a guest is found to have a pet, a mandatory penalty fee of $250 will be charged.  The room will then be assessed for additional cleaning and/or any damage that may have been done; fees will begin at $50.

Our website does contain links to affiliate and other websites. The Kelby Motel does not claim nor accept responsibility for any privacy policies, practices and/or procedures of other such websites. Therefore, we encourage all users and visitors to be aware when they leave our website and to read the privacy statements of every website that collects personally identifiable information. This Privacy Policy Agreement applies only and solely to the information collected by our website.
